Thomas Peter Backhausen

Thomas Peter Backhausen was awarded a 2:1 LLB (Hons) degree in law from Truman Bodden Law School and masters from the University of Liverpool and went on to complete his professional exams with the College of Law. He later went on to complete a Practice Diploma in Human Rights Law and Practice, at the same institution. Prior to being Called to the Bar, Thomas Peter Backhausen was a Consultant Chemist, during which time he held various positions within the defence, utility and petroleum industries.

Grace G. Oschal, III

Chief Integration Officer

She is Chief Integration Officer at TensLegal Solicitors Law, where she ensures that infrastructure in each office and practice area of the firm are coherent and congruent, internally and externally, by integrating effectively with other bodies: individual, corporate, or statutory. Attorney George also brings a unique perspective to the firm’s civil rights practice, having served a decade as a sworn officer with the Cayman Island Police Department, where he worked in patrol, special investigations, recruiting, and training.

Vincent Magee is Director of Litigation for TensLegal Solicitors. He is a board certified civil trial lawyer with 35 years of jury trial experience in state and federal Courts. He has an AV rating from several jusiciary in Cayman Island – the highest rating for both professional competence and ethics. His practice primarily focuses on family, civil and corporate litigation.

Mr. Vincent graduated with honors from Truman Bodden Law School in 1999 and was admitted to the Bar. He represented insurance carriers and corporations in business and personal injury litigation. He was board certified as a specialist in Civil Trial Law in 2000.
